New Journey

Hello you. I am starting this blog to get ideas and pass them along to people with severe allergies.

I have had allergies most of my life and recently the reactions have become a reason for concern. After many episodes and testing it came back that I was allergic to most things tested for. Not that it is extremely high by my IgE levels were at 504.3 even though I have been gluten free for a decade and whole egg free for almost a year. I am less than two weeks in so welcome to my journey.

I know, it would have been easier to tell you what I was NOT allergic to. My only blood test negatives were shrimp, beef and chocolate. I have also seen a holistic nutritionist who confirmed most of this and say my body reacted badly to all grains. Since I was not tested for them she said I should also be avoiding all grains along with low sugar consumption.

I have started Sublingual Immunotherapy from my allergist. Started a diet plan along with taking Protease IFC, Digest - Dietary Supplement and Drenatrophin PMG from my nutritionist. I also have to eat within an hour from waking and have protein every few hours since it also came with Adrenal Fatigue.

How many others out there are suffering from this? Tips? Ideas? Advice?

Thanks!!

Bubble Blessings, Ashley
